Pad Printing

Nepean Rubber & Plastics has many years experience in pad print on plastic for the appliance industry. Recent investment expands this offering to pad printing on rubber for medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer products where labelling and branding adds value. 

Assembly and Packaging

Nepean Rubber & Plastics has 2 certified clean rooms, one rated at Class ISO 7, the other at ISO Class 8. Mixing, moulding, inspecting and processing can be carried out in the clean room environment. We mix specialised materials and mould parts with an extremely low level of contamination including implantable medical silicone components.
